Terminal 1 Lounges

Terminal 1 at Sao Paulo Airport features two exclusive VIP lounges where passengers can unwind during layovers and freshen up between flights.

1. W Lounge

Location: Airside – Boarding Area, 1st Floor.
Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily.
Services: Variety of hot and cold beverages, premium food and drinks, gluten-free options, alcohol, Wi-Fi, showers, a meeting room, a TV, and a non-smoking environment.
Access: Priority Pass members, Lounge Key members, and Visa Airport Companion. A Day Pass for BRL 180 per person is also available for 6 Bank, Inter, Sisprime, and Credicoamo Customers.
Requirements: Children under 2 years are admitted free.
Duration of Stay: Maximum 3-hour stay.

2. Living HNK

Location: Landside – After arrivals, turn right (Domestic flights only).
Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily.
Services: Refreshments, alcohol, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a non-smoking environment.
Access: Priority Pass and Lounge Key members.
Requirements: Children under 2 years are admitted free and a Boarding Pass with confirmed same-day travel.
Additional Information: Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement to receive US$28 off the bill.

Terminal 2 Lounges (International Flights)

Terminal 2 at Sao Paulo Airport features three VIP lounges, offering special services and premium amenities to passengers to enjoy before flights.

1. The Lounge

Location: Terminal 2 – International, in the restricted area, on the Mezzanine shortly after the passport review.
Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily.
Services: Variety of food and drinks, kids area, showers, business center, meeting room, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a non-smoking environment.
Access: Priority Pass members, Lounge Key members, and a Day Pass for BRL 175 or a 1-hour stay for BRL 200 per person.
Requirements: Children under 11 years are admitted free.

2. Plaza Premium Lounge

Location: Terminal 2, Outside Security, near Check-In Area D before passport control and security.
Hours of Operation: 05:00 to 22:00 Daily.
Services: Refreshments, alcohol, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a non-smoking environment.

3. Gol Premium Lounge (International Flights)

Location: Terminal 2 – International boarding area.
Hours of Operation: 05:00 to 01:00 Daily.
Services: A special menu for each meal of the day, WiFi, a TV, newspapers/magazines, a business center, and shower rooms.
Access: Smiles’ Diamond and Gold customers, Mastercard Smiles Platinum credit card users, passengers in GOL Premium Class, travelers in First Class and Business Class with Delta, Air France / KLM, and other partner companies, in addition to SkyMiles Diamond, Platinum and Gold Medallion clients, on flights operated by GOL and Delta, and Air France/KLM’s Flying Blue Platinum and Gold members.

3. Urban Cowork Airport Lounge

Location: Terminal 2 – Check-in E – Second floor.
Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily.
Services: A wide range of food and drinks, shower, Wi-Fi, locker under 24-hour surveillance, workstations, a TV, booths, flight information screen, and a non-smoking environment.
